Job Summary
Operate and monitor production equipment, including mixers, blenders, mills, furnaces, dryers, and material handling systems. Follow production instructions, work orders, and procedures to execute daily manufacturing activities accurately. Monitor process conditions and equipment performance to maintain product quality and operational efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting team operations and production goals. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational requirements, including proper use of PPE and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, procedures, and production documentation.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous movement during shifts.
- Ability to work safely in industrial conditions, including exposure to dust, fumes, and variable temperatures.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
