Job Summary
eCommerce Sales Associate responsible for curating, photographing, and listing collectibles and valuable items for online sales platforms; accurately describing items for compelling product listings; managing order fulfillment including packing and shipping; collaborating with the eCommerce team to meet sales and productivity goals; maintaining an organized warehouse workspace; upholding Goodwill's customer service and donor appreciation standards. Requires ability to stand, reach, handle, and lift up to 25 lbs; warehouse environment; Monday–Friday day shift; prior experience with online retail operations and attention to detail advised.
