Job Summary
Conduct visual inspections, software/hardware testing, and documentation verification for customer devices in the Rushmore depot. Perform 45-55 unit inspections within an eight-hour period while maintaining a 97.5% pass rate through the Out-of-Box Audit. Manage warehouse organization and foster a positive, safe work environment with open feedback. Requires high school graduation, basic Windows knowledge, and ability to work under pressure in a noisy setting. Overtime and Saturday hours (7:00am-3:15pm) are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prefer college degree in business or computer science
- 0 1 year experience in repair depot or quality control fields
- Basic knowledge of Windows based operating systems
- Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Must be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed
- Must be goal oriented and accustomed to achieving results through teamwork
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be a fast learner and have good retention and memory
