Job Summary
Draw blood via capillary or venipuncture, label tubes, and deliver specimens to the lab following policy. Maintain the Order Monitor, organize workload with staff, and perform front office duties including processing, centrifuging, and storing extra tubes. Load specimens onto the Roche Modular Pre-Analytics (MPA) system, answer telephones, and respond to inquiries from hospital personnel and visitors. Participate in training procedures as directed. Work Monday through Friday from 0730a to 0430p with no weekends or holidays.
