Clerk Meat-PT

Meat Clerk responsible for the full range of duties in the Meat department with a focus on professional, accurate, and timely execution. Deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to employee and customer engagement. Adhere to Food Safety Protocols and SOPs; order, receive, prep, and merchandise meat products per inventory controls; provide superior customer service; promote featured products to increase store sales; perform back shop and retail floor maintenance; prep customer meat orders; process department shrink; participate in training junior staff. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
