Job Summary
Manage full-cycle ordering for PPE and safety supplies by requesting quotes, creating site requisitions, and auditing receivable goods. Conduct safety data entry audits for PPE, supplies, and FRC orders while scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records of TSA, inspection, and order slip documentation. Execute field hazard audits, enter SMART Focus and safe catch data, and process crane audit entries to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Reply to assigned requests efficiently and maintain positive relationships with vendors, job site employees, and management. Complete special projects as required. This role supports operational oversight at Cheniere SP LNG in Cameron, LA, under the Safety Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Drivers License
- TWIC Card
- Capable of learning and applying company and site safety rules to the work being performed
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to follow all company directives and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation
- Deadline driven
- Must be willing to follow all company directives and safety procedures
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways occasionally
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, sitting, walking, bending, squatting
- Must be able to talk and hear to communicate
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
- Must be able to communicate in person, via telephone, email, video chat and software systems
