Job Summary
Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information, counts, and weights against bills of lading and orders. Schedule receiving appointments, examine paperwork for required details, and print shipping pick lists to ensure FEFO accuracy. Double-check inbound and outbound documents for accuracy before keying data into the system, route paperwork to personnel, and maintain organized logs for D365 processing. Perform cycle counts, ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs, and report safety hazards. Work the third shift with a focus on continuous improvement and accident-free operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Ability to compute by adding, subtracting and averaging numbers
- Ability to analyze, interpret, correlate, and present data
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Adaptability: The ability to understand, accept and embrace change is necessary for the development of the department.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Should understand general workings of a PC
- Should be able to utilize Word and Excel programs

- Analytical: Ability to visualize, articulate, solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts, and make decisions that make sense
