Job Summary
The Grocery Clerk role focuses on delivering customer service and efficient store operations in Sobeys’ Parksville BC location. Responsibilities include adhering to food safety and health protocols, receiving and merchandising stock per inventory procedures, promoting featured products to help increase store sales, maintaining clean and presentable work areas, preparing customer orders, processing department shrink, and assisting in training junior staff. The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and physical capability to lift up to 20lbs and perform required tasks.
