Job Summary
Provides excellent member service, updates membership information and applications, processes payments at POS, maintains a clean work area, updates reservations and schedules for tennis/pickleball/fitness classes, and may assist with light janitorial tasks and mass communications to members. Requires strong communication, computer proficiency, accurate spelling, problem solving, ability to manage multiple tasks, and the capacity to work both independently and with others in a gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- A positive attitude; punctual; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; strong customer service skills; comfort and experience with computer systems; Excellent spelling and problem solving skills; knowledge of proper telephone techniques, pleasant telephone voice and correct grammar usage.
