Clerk - Commissary

Job Summary
Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks to store and issue food and beverage products; rotate stock to maintain FIFO and remove out-of-date items with oversight of Commissary Manager; issue products using proper documentation; maintain a clean storeroom that meets health standards; read requisitions and fulfill orders in a fast-paced hospitality environment; requires general knowledge of food, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently; must be able to read, write, and speak English; must possess a valid US or international driver’s license; able to lift at least 50 pounds and move up to 400 pounds with assistance; willingness to work weekends and holidays; basic computer knowledge and the ability to follow company policies and safety rules.
Required Qualifications
- General knowledge of food to efficiently fill storeroom orders
- Ability to read and understand requisitions
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a timely manner
- Computer knowledge
- Prior receiving and delivery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with co-workers and understand job assignments
- Ability to think on your feet and meet demands
- Valid US or international driver’s license
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and move up to 400 pounds with equipment
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays
