Job Summary
Manage spare parts movement between operations and warehousing to reduce downtime, ensuring accurate input of work order data into CMMS on a shift basis. Monitor shift KPIs for preventive and corrective maintenance activities while maintaining PM records and line-side spares cabinets to ensure part readiness. Organize OSP and spares areas, tracking return-to-stock processes and collaborating with shipping to maintain system accuracy. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring efficient data entry and adherence to safety procedures, with a salary range of $17.84 - $25.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- PC knowledge and skill
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System software
- Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take direction, identify problems, and develop solutions in collaboration with others
- 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction)
- Ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day
- Will climb stairs on a frequent basis
- Will lift up to 58 pounds on an occasional basis
- Will lift up to 37 pounds on a frequent basis
- Will push or pull up to 27 pounds of force on an occasional basis
- Will push or pull up to 10 pounds of force on a frequent basis
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
