Job Summary
Maintain accurate attendance records and report ADA; enter attendance data for each class period, print verification forms, and prepare weekly attendance reports while managing student IDs, new student/withdrawal entries, and demographic files. Oversee student office assistants, handle attendance letters to parents, verify PEIMS data, check students in/out, and sustain professional, confidential communication with stakeholders; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years general office experience
