Job Summary
Clerk responsible for a range of administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and travel, responding to information requests, preparing reports, and providing training and meeting support. Will act as a valuable administrative support partner, managing calendars, organizing files, preparing documents for meetings and business trips, monitoring policy changes, preparing budget documentation, guiding signatory requirements, greeting visitors, and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Requires a Diploma or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or related discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in executive management support with strong MS Office proficiency and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- A Diploma certificate or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role providing executive management support
- Strong organization skills and able to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands
- Able to work independently, exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
