Job Summary
Lead clerical training and workforce development across Queensland for SCR and IQ, overseeing onboarding, induction, and competency-based training programs. Coach and mentor Clerical Development Trainers and administration teams, create engaging training resources and learning pathways, and deliver face-to-face, virtual, and on-the-job training across multiple sites. Partner with leaders to identify training needs, monitor training effectiveness and compliance, drive continuous improvement of onboarding and administrative processes, and promote consistent service standards and a positive patient experience through regular site visits and stakeholder engagement across SCR and IQ. Based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Sunshine Coast with regular travel across Queensland.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in training, onboarding, or workforce development
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience developing training resources and programs
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to travel regularly across Queensland
