Job Summary
Clerical Office Clerk responsible for managing daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, invoicing and purchase orders, coordinating appointments and calendar management, handling customer inquiries in person and over the phone, maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory, and supporting overall administrative operations in Kalamazoo, MI. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office and office-management software, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and a valid driver’s license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
