Maintain radiology imaging files in an organized manner and ensure their availability for requests. Retrieve films, copy films, and digitize analog films upon request from physicians, patients, or third parties. Greet patients, enter orders and related information into the RIS, manage customer service issues, and resolve problems. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all required information. This role supports the radiology department at Allegheny Health Network, part of Highmark Health's regional hospital and physician network serving millions of customers nationwide.
