Job Summary
Clerical Associate for multiple NY City divisions within the NYC Law Department. Responsibilities include day-to-day office operations, citywide data entry and data entry review for Family Court cases, general receptionist duties, filing, shredding, copying, internet searches, preparing charts/graphs, retrieving information from Law Manager/Lexis/OCA databases, and preparing and mailing correspondence. Additional duties cover routine clerical tasks such as document review, data entry, mail sorting, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and special projects. Other duties involve maintaining the supply room, organizing the Central File room, routing/delivering mail to division lawyers, updating archive/dispersion records, and assisting with Law Manager updates and dispositions. Requires strong written/oral communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
