Job Summary
Data Review Specialist to review and validate data collected during vehicle safety inspections for accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, and contribute to safer vehicles. Responsibilities include auditing and documenting audits, analyzing documentation and reports, handling inquiries via audio calls, emails, and chats, ensuring quality and compliance, performing quality testing on new or updated technology, managing performance indicators, meeting response targets, and working independently or in a team within the Critical Infrastructure group. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and ability to operate with minimal supervision are required.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Practical understanding of quality control is an asset
- Practical experience in data review is an asset
- Excellent telephone manner, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to new information and procedures
