Clearing Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Establish and maintain operational frameworks across Clearing Operations, Risk management, and Treasury functions to ensure global best practices. Manage customer relationships with Clearing Members while ensuring adherence to Clearing Rules, Regulations, and Procedures. Proactively escalate and resolve operational incidents through root cause analysis, driving process and technology improvements. Collaborate on designing and implementing system enhancements by writing business requirements and performing UAT. Generate reports to monitor and mitigate risks within an effective control environment. Provide support services for other clearing houses during Singapore office hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong academic background with a solid understanding of financial markets, market structure, and regulatory frameworks
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- understanding of exchange traded instruments risk management and its clearing & settlement lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
