Job Summary
Design and implement complex systems aligned with technical requirements, translating specifications into actionable architecture for mission-critical aerospace solutions. Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications while performing integration, testing, and troubleshooting to verify functionality. Document configurations and procedures, providing technical support to resolve system challenges across teams. This role requires a U.S. citizen with a security clearance and 6+ years of systems engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in designing and deploying complex systems architecture
- Expertise in hardware, operating systems, networks, software applications, and cloud platforms
- Experience with integration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and effectively
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in engineering or a related field
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Kubernetes) and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Customer-facing or consulting experience
