Job Summary
Cleared ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow ITOM solutions. The role requires hands-on implementation of ITOM products (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, cloud connectors), integrations with enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub, and delivering end-to-end project work including planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization. Strong leadership and collaboration with stakeholders, ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring security/privacy compliance. Remote work in the United States with DoD clearance and ITIL-aligned practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Alignment with DoD 8570/8140 baseline requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent)
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
- Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and API-based data exchange.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe).
- Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
- At least one of: CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management, CIS-Service Mapping
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
