Job Summary
Cleared Margin Client Service and Treasury Operations Representative in Global Equity Operations focused on optimizing margin and treasury processes. You will manage settling margin values (Cash, Securities, Letters of Credit) with clients, cash funding, global non-cash collateral settlements, FX trade processing, reconciliations and break resolution, settling margin obligations at Central Counterparties, and owning the full life cycle of the underlying securities trades of expired options and futures. The role emphasizes driving process improvements, supporting STRP/automation initiatives, maintaining timely settlements, and ensuring compliance through robust procedures. You will collaborate across international teams, participate in strategic changes, and contribute to accurate reporting and risk management while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Operations experience of Futures and Options (Cleared & OTC) or similar background
- Working knowledge of client service, cash funding, global settlements & reconciliations
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking with ability to develop solutions for clients and drive process improvements
- High accuracy, attention to detail, numerate with proficiency in Excel and core systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact across multiple lines of business and core processing areas
- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
- Proactive risk identification and ability to challenge stakeholders when controls may be compromised
- Team collaboration and adaptability to new challenges
- Willingness to learn and embrace feedback for growth
- Experience with digital automation tools and global teams across locations
