Job Summary
Escort and monitor uncleared personnel within secure facilities while ensuring compliance with customer and government security procedures. Maintain constant situational awareness of escorted individuals and communicate effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadership. Represent the program professionally in a customer-facing environment. Work standard Monday–Friday hours with flexibility for occasional weekend and overnight shift support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments
- Ability to ensure compliance with established security procedures
- Ability to always maintain awareness of personnel and surroundings
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership
- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
- Must be available for occasional weekend 0700–1530 and overnight 2100–0500 shift support
