Job Summary
Cleared Escort role supporting secure facility operations in Culpeper, VA. Responsibilities include escorting and monitoring uncleared personnel within secure facilities, ensuring compliance with government and customer security procedures, maintaining constant awareness of escorted personnel, communicating effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadership, and representing the program professionally in a customer-facing environment. Requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, U.S. citizenship, ability to operate in secure environments, and ability to work in a customer-facing setting. Standard schedule Monday–Friday with 40 hours weekly, potential OT, and occasional weekend/overnight shifts. Compensation is $43.00 per hour and benefits. Prior customer service or government-site experience and strong communication/interpersonal skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph required
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
- Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments
- Ability to ensure compliance with established security procedures
- Ability to always maintain awareness of personnel and surroundings
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership
