Job Summary
Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellix Endpoint Detection and Response capabilities across a broad enterprise while managing system health, status, and availability. Create technical project, test, deployment, and migration plans to evolve customer systems, then lead or participate in development testing, debugging, and pre/post-deployment validation. Analyze technical requirements, develop solutions, and integrate them into the customer infrastructure. Lead or participate in certification, accreditation, access authorization, and policy development, including the creation of standard operating procedures and playbooks. Monitor system functionality, report operational issues, and lead troubleshooting efforts involving log reviews, triage tools, and product support communication.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
- Active DOD 8140/8570 compliant cybersecurity certification
- 5+ years in a technical capacity
- B.S. or higher in a related technical field (i.e., computer science, Information technology, or engineering)
- Experience in large-scale operational environments focusing on cyber defense
- Experience performing incident analysis
- Experience developing defensive capabilities
- Experience designing and implementing security solutions
- Experience with enterprise network technology planning
- Experience with enterprise network technology deployment
- Experience with enterprise network technology user migration
- Experience with enterprise network technology operations
- Experience with Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS)
- Experience with e Policy Orchestrator (ePO)
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Experience with Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE)
- Experience with Data Exchange Layer (DXL)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Databases
- Experience with Virtualization
- Experience with Cloud Services [i.e., AWS, Azure]
- Experience with Windows systems administration
- Experience with Linux systems administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in cybersecurity engineering
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in systems engineering
- Familiarity with cyber threat identification
- Familiarity with cyber threat management
