Job Summary
The Dental Software Implementation Specialist will manage and deliver on-site and remote training and onboarding for ClearDent clients, including creating educational materials, conducting webinars, maintaining customer training histories in CRM, and collaborating with product management to improve software. Based in the GTA (Ontario) with travel within the region, this role requires 2 years of dental practice management experience and 1 year of training experience or equivalent, plus public speaking and strong customer-relations skills. The candidate should be able to train in varied settings and engage diverse experience levels, maintain organized records, and work independently in a fast-paced environment while traveling as needed.
