Job Summary
Drive retail operations at the Utah Warehouse Clearance Center for Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay. Responsibilities include people leadership, store operations, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, customer service, and training and development of store leadership. Develops and executes operations plans to achieve goals for operating income, revenue, and production; monitors product levels and payroll/operating costs against budget; ensures excellent customer service of donors and customers; maintains store condition and brand standards; partners with community organizations to promote the Goodwill mission; serves as an ambassador to the community; ensures leadership and donation attendants are well-trained; ensures team members price, display, and handle product per standards; ensures compliance with security, health and safety policies; collaborates with support areas to achieve goals; maintains regular attendance; responsible for performance management, staffing, compensation, and development; contributes to culture change and values alignment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift
- Five years' customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check, where applicable for position
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
