Job Summary
Customs Clearance Broker Associate (Taiwan Market) for FedEx; responsibilities include facilitating customs clearance and brokerage support for Taiwan, managing administrative tasks to ensure timely and compliant import/export shipments, troubleshooting clearance issues, and collaborating with senior team members. Requires strong Mandarin and English, customer service mindset, accuracy and attention to detail, interpersonal and MS Office/PC skills. Based in KL Eco City, Malaysia with work-from-home flexibilities. Fresh graduates with a Diploma are encouraged to apply; occasional public-holiday work is required to align with local market schedules. This role supports the Taiwan market and participates in the newly established Clearance Shared Service Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates with at least a Diploma in any field

- Those with Secondary Education with 2 to 3 years of Experience in a Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Contact Centre, Operations or general Logistics experience are also encouraged to apply
