Clearance Agent (Noi Bai) / Nhân viên Thủ tục Hải quan (Nội Bài)

Clearance Agent responsibilities include reviewing customs documentation (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, import/export permits), sending arrival notices to customers and following up on their clearance decisions, issuing freight charge notices, and coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to resolve customs-related issues. You will liaise with regulatory bodies to facilitate clearance, stay updated on changes in regulations and tariff structures, ensure accurate customs declarations and documentation, collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales to ensure smooth clearance processes, and provide proactive, high-quality customer service. The role requires working rotating shifts totaling 44 hours per week at the Hanoi Nội Bài Airport Ramp location.
