Job Summary
Lead role overseeing customs procedures: review and manage customs documentation (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, import/export permits), issue arrival notices, and coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to resolve customs-related inquiries. Ensure accurate submission of customs declarations and compliant documentation; stay updated on regulatory changes and tariff structures; collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales to ensure timely clearance and high customer satisfaction. Work in rotating shifts (44 hours/week) at Nội Bài, Hà Nội, with a focus on proactive customer service and issue resolution in a FedEx logistics environment.
