Cleanroom Manufacturing Manager

Manufacturing leadership opportunity overseeing day-to-day operations in Cleanroom and Secondary Operations at Spectrum Plastics Group. Drive safety, production efficiency, continuous improvement, and cost reductions in injection-molding environments with engineered resins, CNC, and secondary operations. Lead a cross-functional team, staffing, training, and performance evaluations; develop and implement Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S) and technologies to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage capacity planning, equipment maintenance, and reporting of production indicators; collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Shipping to meet commitments; ensure OSHA compliance and foster continuous improvement and high-performance culture. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving, accountability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team; experience with injection molding and engineered resins is preferred.
