Job Summary
Cleanroom Carpenter responsible for constructing, modifying, and maintaining cleanroom environments, including installing walls, grid ceilings, doors, and windows using approved materials. Reads blueprints and cleanroom specifications to perform finish carpentry within controlled environments, including framing, drywall, and modular panel systems. Skills include silicone and cold-weld applications, safe operation of required power tools, and site cleanliness to minimize airborne particulates. Requires attention to detail, ability to work from technical drawings, and physically demanding work capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience in cleanroom construction and finish carpentry with a HS diploma and 3+ years of carpentry preferred; OSHA 10/30 and forklift/aerial lift certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically demanding work
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Forklift and Aerial lift certification preferred
