Job Summary
Operate scrubbers and buffers, perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while cross-training across multiple areas including the backroom, front end, and sales floor. Support front end coverage needs, participate in store recovery, and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards for the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms. Refill essential items in lounges and restrooms, respond to Front End coverage needs, and communicate effectively with management and associates. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs while lifting heavy objects and maintaining a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
