Job Summary
Operate truck mount and portable cleaning equipment to perform residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, floor, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning services. Execute water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration tasks as assigned while conducting pre- and post-job inspections and maintaining accurate daily logs. Deliver professional customer service and represent the company with pride, reporting to the shop daily at 8:00 AM before traveling to job sites. This role requires truck mount experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call emergency response. Candidates must live within 20–30 minutes of the Bernardsville, NJ shop.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- MUST HAVE TRUCK MOUNT AND CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE
- Basic math skills for equipment calibration and solution mixing
- Proficiency with technology — ability to use email, and our CRM software (Workiz) for scheduling and reporting
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Must live within 20- 30 minutes of shop in Bernardsville NJ
- Must be flexible and willing to be 'on-call' for emergency response services
- Must have a positive, solution oriented, growth mindset that is looking for solutions in all we do!
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
