Job Summary
Cleaning Technician responsible for detailed cleaning and restoration services for mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction projects. Responsibilities include loading/unloading vehicles with equipment, maintaining clean vehicles and work areas, performing deep cleaning and disinfection with EPA-registered products, using HEPA vacuums, disposing of debris, following safety policies, and communicating effectively with supervisors and team members. Required Qualifications
- Clean driving record with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
