Job Summary
Cleaning Technician at SERVPRO performing cleaning and restoration services for mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction projects. Responsibilities include loading/unloading vehicles with equipment, maintaining clean vehicles and work areas, performing detailed cleaning and disinfection, using EPA-registered disinfectants, HEPA vacuuming, proper disposal of debris, following safety protocols, and effective communication with supervisors and team members. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, pass background check and drug screening, have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and maintain a professional appearance. Training and advancement opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required.
