Job Summary
Complete cleaning duties within a Monday-Friday 4-hour shift from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maintaining a harassment-free environment. Organize janitorial closets, manage site product inventory, and perform minor equipment repairs while adhering to all safety protocols and SDS sheets. Resolve client or employee issues by gathering facts and establishing solutions, then report identified areas for improvement to the Site Supervisor. Work autonomously to identify tasks needing completion and maintain effective communication with management. Achieve Tech 2 status after 90 days. This part-time role includes paid sick days, holidays, and special incentive plans.
Required Qualifications
- Background check
- Clean driving record - if company vehicle use is required
- Works autonomously, identifies work that needs to be completed and uses time efficiently completing all assignments as expected
- Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with all team-members
- Detail oriented - pays attention to details at each account with extra attention to any special requests
- Independent thinker with good judgement and initiative
- Ability to solve conflicts
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions
- Maintains a familiarity with SDS sheets for all chemicals used
