Job Summary
Cleaning Technician I handles commercial and exterior cleaning including window cleaning (non-high-rise), pressure washing, and soft washing. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment safely, completing work efficiently and professionally, maintaining tools and vehicles, following safety procedures, communicating professionally with customers and team members, and identifying potential on-site sales opportunities. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 7 a.m., and opportunities for advancement; benefits include 401(k), health insurance for full-time staff, and paid training. The role requires a California driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors, and maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
