Job Summary
Maintain project schedules and perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extraction, and power washing for medical accounts. Execute local supply deliveries, post-construction clean-ups, and general maintenance while troubleshooting equipment and resolving customer complaints. Inspect new materials and processes, adhering to KleenMark's "Green" practices and safety protocols that include steel toe shoes and PPE for medical facility access. Provide customer service to internal and external clients, working mornings 25% and evenings 75% with on-call rotation as needed. Pass background checks and drug screens, maintaining a valid driver's license for business travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to pass background check required by customers to enter and work in their facilities
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must provide safety steel toe shoes
- Must be able to work mornings 25%, evenings 75%
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Must be willing to travel for business
- Must follow KleenMark's 'Green' practices
- Must be able to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift
