Job Summary
Fill in for call-offs and open janitorial positions, performing general duties including restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Execute specialty tasks such as strip and waxing floors, top scrubbing, carpet extraction, window cleaning, and power washing. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment while adhering to safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines. Travel between multiple job sites throughout the shift to complete daily assignments. Work full-time 40-hour weeks with shifts running 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability based on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Reliable cell phone for communication
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Ability to lift and handle cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid State Driver's License
- Willingness to learn floor care, carpet cleaning, and specialty cleaning services
