Job Summary
Complete cleaning and maintenance duties within a determined schedule and budget, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with every service. Communicate respectfully with clients and site supervisors, resolve employee or client issues by gathering facts and establishing solutions, and identify areas for improvement to report feedback. Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets, manage site product inventory, and make minor equipment repairs as needed. Adhere strictly to safety, security, and company policies, including proper chemical handling via SDS sheets, while working autonomously to complete assignments efficiently. This part-time second-shift role in Elkton, MD, reports to a Regional Account Manager and includes paid sick days, holidays, and incentive plans.
