Job Summary
Lead and support cleaning teams across three Youth Justice sites while conducting inspections, audits, and quality checks. Deliver on-the-job coaching, assist with shift coverage, and complete reporting and administrative tasks in collaboration with site management. Maintain high cleaning standards during busy periods using commercial equipment and chemicals. Work a Wednesday to Sunday roster from 6:45 PM to 2:21 AM with a company vehicle provided for travel between Parkville, Little River, and Malmsbury.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to support and guide team members
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals and processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- Full Victorian Driver's Licence
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current Police Check
