Cleaning Team Leader - SPA (weekends)

Lead and supervise the spa cleaning team during the night shift (2300-0700), assign duties, conduct inspections, provide on-the-job training, manage stock and PPE, ensure COSHH compliance, and maintain high hygiene standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, poolside, and other spa areas. Drive a premium guest experience through exceptional cleanliness and presentation. Coordinate audits, create and manage rosters, and liaise with spa management. Requires supervisory experience in cleaning/hospitality, with strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
