Job Summary
Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces across activity rooms and shared spaces. Supervise and train team members through site visits while troubleshooting equipment and managing supplies. Act as first contact for on-site queries, escalate urgent issues, and report faults to the Cleaning Operations Supervisor. Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery while adhering to all OH&S policies. Work three weekday evening shifts from 6:30pm to 9:15pm with above-award pay plus part-time loading. Requires a valid driver's licence, reliable car, and Australian working rights.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a small team
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment
- A smartphone for work communication
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Driver's licence
- Reliable car
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
