Job Summary
Supervise and support Cleaning Team Members to maintain high cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards across the Coles Distribution Centre site. Monitor safe use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery while completing inspections to ensure work is finished on schedule and to scope. Assist with onboarding and training new team members, build positive working relationships with customers and staff, and manage rosters to optimize team performance. This permanent full-time role offers Sunday to Thursday hours from 6:00am to 2:06pm with competitive pay, uniform, and progression pathways within an Australian Facilities Management business.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Experience managing rosters and team performance
- Ability to build strong working relationships

- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
