Job Summary
Supervise and support Cleaning Team Members to maintain high cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards across the Coles Distribution Centre site. Monitor safe use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery while completing inspections to ensure work is finished on schedule and to scope. Assist with onboarding and training new team members and build positive working relationships with customers and staff. This permanent full-time role operates Sunday to Thursday from 6:00am to 2:06pm. Competitive hourly pay includes penalties and allowances, with uniform and PPE provided. A driver's licence and reliable vehicle are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Experience managing rosters and team performance
- Ability to build strong working relationships
