Job Summary
Supervise and support Cleaning Team Members while ensuring cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained across the Coles Distribution Centre site. Monitor safe use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery, and complete inspections to uphold quality standards. Assist with onboarding and training new team members, build positive working relationships with customers and staff, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to scope. This permanent full-time role offers Sunday to Thursday hours from 6:00am to 2:06pm with a competitive hourly rate plus allowances. Uniform and PPE are provided, and ongoing training pathways are available for career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Experience managing rosters and team performance
- Ability to build strong working relationships
