Job Summary
On-site supervision of the Cleaning Team Members and Leading Hands across all shifts; manage the induction of new team members according to City and Coles requirements; oversee food safety and hygiene standards; ensure correct use of chemicals, equipment and machinery by team members; develop a positive team environment and strong working relationships; coordinate work schedules with the team to meet quality standards within required time frames.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management
- Current driver’s licence and vehicle (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
