Cleaning Supervisor

Flexible Area Supervisor responsible for providing operational cover across multiple client sites, supporting Regional and Account Managers, conducting site inspections, maintaining site documentation (RAMS, SSOW, COSHH), promoting Health & Safety, delivering toolbox talks and inductions, coordinating PAT where required, monitoring timekeeping, and driving continuous improvement across cleaning/soft services across a diverse portfolio of sites such as Historic England and other locations. The role requires strong supervisory experience in cleaning/soft services or facilities management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple environments with autonomy and a hands-on approach.
