Cleaning Supervisor

Conduct routine site inspections of customer facilities to verify service quality, maintenance needs, and overall conditions meet company standards. Oversee and mentor cleaners and porters at various locations, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and operational workflows. Utilize a company vehicle to travel between accounts, performing minor maintenance, supply deliveries, and addressing immediate service issues or call-outs. Prepare daily and weekly reports on site conditions and maintain professional communication with clients and management to ensure timely resolution of service concerns. Requires a valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record. Schedule is Monday through Friday with shifts running 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. Full-time employment includes health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, plus paid vacation and sick days.
